I would like to welcome the new
subscribers to this list and hope you find these letters useful.
Now that many of us have had our Christmas dinners, and based upon
the common belief that many of us will find the meal to be too
scrumptious to pass up, especially the extras, there is a propensity
to exercise some regret over the amount of food that we had at
dinner some the holiday meals. Okay, did you enjoy the meal? More
than likely many will answer yes of course.
Oftentimes I have heard people make the statement that they are so
guilty for eating too much and must pay penance through the process
of exercise or any other means appropriate to balance out the extra
goodies.
I have a suggestion that you might find interesting here. Rather
than pay attention to any form of guilt established, redirect your
thinking to the gift of love. The reason why this could be quite
interesting is the initiation of love changes our hormones in our
body and allows us to process all things presented to it with much
greater ease.
However whenever we apply the process of guilt which for the most
part is invalid, primarily because in order to have guilt you must
be convicted in a court of law for some crime. It is important to
remember these actions of guilt and/or regret causes the hormones in
the body and the chakras to act with a lesser potential than
normally would be desired.
So, this brings me to another subject which we are going to examine
in this Wednesday’s class. That is of meditation. Meditation is
generally the concentration on a particular subject for a period. So
for example if you want to meditate on the attributes of Gonzo from
Sesame Street, the net time that you attend to such a matter is your
meditation. I probably could have come up with Mr. Ed the talking
horse, however gonzo came up first.
The real issue is regarding meditation is what are we going to give
attention to. As many of you know already, there are hundreds of
thousands of different meditations. Some of them have so many words
that by time you get through saying all the words and/or steps you
forgot which subject you were originally meditating on anyway.
What a lot of people do not realize, is a five second meditation
can be as equally as powerful as one lasting fifteen to thirty
minutes or even an hour.
The key is the speed of which you decide to enter into the
meditative state and the dedication to the particular subject,
clarity of the particular subject would also be the key to the
success of the endeavor.
So the next time you have a feeling or desire to claim guilt about
yourself or any other matter, stop, bring to the forefront of your
mind an act of love and center that idea and/or condition in your
chest and expand it to where it fills the whole chest cavity and
eventually the body. You can also extend this light and love from
the inside your body to one to two inches outside your body getting
all this stuff completed in less than one minute. The result of this
type of exercise brings you to a condition known as exothermic. You
see, humans are naturally exothermic, meaning we are emitters of
light and love.
By working a process above, we remove our stress and tension
associated with guilt and other things bring ourselves into harmony
peace and love which in my opinion is a very thing almost every
major religion in the world would have you do for the benefit of all
mankind.
In the bonds of the work I am,
