July 4th Update and Questions for the Shaman
July 5, 2017
I would like to
welcome the new subscribers to this list and hope you find these
letters useful.
Since we have just had, a holiday so many may be asking
the question what did I do on July Forth? Well actually, the saga
started right around June 30 when my air conditioner at the house
died and having a dry run with an air-conditioning person who was
diminished at best causing a minor delay for a couple of days.
However, as luck would have it I found in a company who had very
good ratings on the local Nextdoor website. Therefore, by Monday,
July 3 the air conditioner was up and running here at the house.
July 4 was another story. As many of you know I like to
go hiking, take some pictures and just enjoy the outdoors.
Generally, my hikes are on average around 10 hour round-trip with
about 35 to 40 pounds of equipment water cameras all that stuff.
Well I must say I did end up doing approximately 10 hours of
hiking but not as I would expect. You see, my girlfriend’s yard
which was attended by a lawn person whereas such lawn person
disappeared.
Well as you can imagine guess who got to take care that
task? Yep it was I. So anyway, I load up the car with all the
goodies needed. Luckily,
she has a decent lawnmower there on the premises. The thing I forgot
to mention this aforementioned yard is approximate three quarters of
an acre and most the grass was at least 12 inches high.
I would like to bring up a cute story regarding Mahatma
Gandhi. He was spending some cotton while being interviewed by
Reporters from either Time Magazine or The Post not sure which one
where in the background he hears the lady the house proclaiming that
dinner is ready. In addition, being a wise man he is, he proceeds to
stop his project and go over to where the food is all while making a
comment to the reporter “You see Tyranny exist everywhere”.
On that particular day which was rather hot, I started
the project of mowing the yard. I would have to say that I
accomplish the same amount of work as one of my 10 mile hikes except
I had grass clippings all over me and I look like the green man. Not
to mention I had to use the chainsaw to take care some branches and
a trimmer to push back some of the berries that were going further
than necessary causing great discomfort to anybody who would walk
through the area. Luckily I started this project relatively early in
the morning and wrap it up around 3 o’clock which allow me to
recuperate during the rest the afternoon.
As far as the yard is concerned, I am still not
finished. Sometime soon, I will be required to bring the trimmer out
and take care of any grass up against the fence and/or just general
cleanup of which will occur in another day hopefully with cooler
weather. Oh, I forgot to
mention did you know fire ants hide under trees?
You see, you just never know what you learn as we take our
steps in the path of awakening.
I like to mention of course this Thursday we are having
the first class in this biweekly series originally beginning in 1997
called Questions for the Shaman. There is really more to this
particular class than with the title implies. As you know, my basic
goal is to bring about advancement, upliftment, and spiritual
ascension to anybody who crosses my path. The key is getting
permissions. The neat thing about this particular class it is an
open form where everything is on the table.
Nothing is held back and in many cases, a lot of neat healing
work occurs. At the end
of each class, I will be doing my famous three card readings, which
many will find quite informative and enjoyable.
I look forward to your attendance.
