Where this gets interesting is the law of harmonics whereas certain sounds are harmonically related to not only the lower frequencies such as touch, but also the higher frequencies having to do with various minerals, chemicals, and also the color of light.

Now since the Universe and all things realized whereas such realization occurs behind the eyes and between the ears then all things perceived are within you. While we may not like this, those movies referred to as Rotten Tomatoes are also within you. Titles such as Womanizing Spider Aliens from Outer Space might be a good example. However, we must be fair in these matters; the great movies such as Cloud Atlas are also within too.

So let us address our attention to the Almighty Oven. I am sure most of you have one for it is extremely important in preparing food for the gods such as pizza. As some of you may have a Large Double Oven, Single, and/or the Toaster Oven, it does not matter.  Size has not bearing when it comes to the Almighty Oven.

I am sure you are wondering why we are addressing our attention to the Almighty Oven.  Let us go back for a moment to the basic idea of the harmonics of all things perceived relating to us in one form or another. 

There must be a question placed at this point as to what part of the body does the Almighty Oven represent?  The next statement associated with this might bring a clue which would have to do with the area of the body that has to do with changing the nature of things taken using the process of heat. Whereas changing the condition or quality to such that the body can use.

Now I know there are many of you who take great pains to keep the oven extremely clean. Using aluminum foil as a preventative measure, or by cleaning, the oven after the pizza and/or other food that you have cooked has spilled over and has made one heck of a mess.

We also must consider those times in our memory where those things that were in the oven prove that it is possible anyone can start a fire. This goes from the days of the original wood fire oven’s to are now modern electric and/or microwave ovens.

In addition, of course after the fire, we discover the inside the oven is not as clean as it once was. Actually, it may not require complete fire to bring this about. Just the fact of cooking something, there will be smoke, controlled yes but smoke nonetheless.

So, how does this relate to our own Digestive System as far as necessity to keep things in good repair? I would have to say it directly coincides with the relationship between the Almighty Oven and our own Digestive System as they do the same job only in different means and ways. Since they are harmonically related, another interesting aspect associated with when ovens become dirty we might also find our Digestive System may not be operating to the best efficiencies possible. It is also safe to say, when our Digestive Systems are not in good operating order, one would likely find the Almighty Oven also to be in a neglected state.

Here are a couple of suggestions that might be of use.

When you have a day of stress caused by other people, recognize that when you are no longer around those people, you are off duty. It is not your job to maintain the stress by other people’s stupidity especially after hours. The first-order of business once you become off-duty is to attend to your own inner peace. How you do this does not really, matter, as long as you step towards inner contentment and your own inner peace.

If you are unable to step away from those individuals who might be the cause of some of your stress, then make an adjustment in the way you respond to them. So how do you do this? First, you give them the right to be without wisdom. Another way to put this is you allow them the right to remain stupid. Now in all fairness as we have the right to our genius, our past activities have also proven we also have exercised the right of complete stupidity.  Therefore, since everything is part of our whole and nothing is separate then what you perceive is also within.

Part of the reason that you might have great resistance to such things perceived is that at one time you may have exercise those very same behaviors where there is a deep inner fear of regressing back to them.

Not a big deal mind you since it is a normal action of the intellect perceiving all things as dangerous until proved otherwise. 

The second thing to keep in mind is when we make judgments on other people. We are then separating different characteristics of our totality, whereas this totality is complete being part of the whole and therefore is within us all. When we separate ourselves from things perceived, we separate ourselves from the totality of Light that is also within us. In doing so we smoke up our Inner Oven for it becomes clouded with things not completely cleared and/or prevent the functioning at the highest efficiencies possible.

When you decide to clean your oven out regardless of type of cleaning system that you decide to embark upon, do so with love and joy. Make it a gift. When you make things a gift, nothing can be stolen from you.

When you love another make it a gift: for even if they leave you lost nothing for you had the joy of loving.  As you, practice the art of the gift, do not do so at your expense; in other words, do not subjugate yourself for the benefit of another person hoping to get his or her acceptance.  This is not a gift of love but rather it is the desperation for acceptance, which by your own law preventing any possibility of fulfillment.

As far as being a loving person is concerned, you do not do so in a passive manner. As the Light of the sun is exothermic, so to the spirit of an individual is exothermic. Meaning each individual with every breath glows with this Light expanding as far as the individual wishes.

Recognize many other people are doing things that you would not have any interest in doing also. In addition, this is quite natural as more than likely you have already been there done that and are no longer interested in partaking of those activities.

Remember, do not judge for your realization of those activities only proves that you been there once before. Because when you judge you separate yourself from the Light within, whereas an act of arrogance becomes also an act of war, for you’re subjugating another individual based upon your ideals. Not polite. Rather observe. After all how many people have watched those YouTube videos laughing so hard where you are about ready to fall off the chair when you hear that famous phrase from the South, “Hey watch this”.

You have approximately 20,000 breaths per day where there is so much Love Understanding Compassion in each breath that you have the opportunity to take a path of Light or path of Darkness. When you think about it, the Universe is quite generous. Therefore, take this generosity and pass it to others as a gift for you have received many gifts 24 hours a day regardless of whether you are exercising genius or stupidity, it does not matter.
